 CHARDONNAY - 2007
The 2006 vintage was an early ripening year in the Hunter. The wine shows a crisp, clean and long palate with a well developed tropical fruit bouquet. Minimal French oak maturation has added to the complexity. Unwooded version has a clean, aromatic complexity. Excellent compliment to chicken and pasta dishes.
