 2009 Emmas Bubbles - Sparkling Chardonnay
This Sparkling Wine is produced by the traditional bottle secondary fermentation method and is the first release of "Emma's Bubbles". The wine is showing some tropical fruit characters with a long and clean finish on the palate. Low sulphur (220) with no fining agents used. Vegan/Vegetarian suitable.
