 SHIRAZ – Thomas Reserve 2006
This is the first Shiraz in over 10 years that we have classified as RESERVE. The drought conditions created wonderfuly intense flavours from our low yielding vines.The wine is big and smooth with a lovely mouth feel. There is plenty of spicey berry flavours and is a typical Hunter style. The tannin structure lends itself to a few years of cellaring. Only 200 cases were produced so you better get in early.
