This Cabernet Sauvignon Sourced from the Orange Region, shows a deep purple colour, hints of liquorice and plum on the palate. Great to compliment casseroles, beef and hearty pasta dishes.

Description
The certified organic (in conversion) grapes were sourced from a 20 year old vineyard which is at an altitude of 850m. The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness and open fermented before being basket pressed into a mix of French and American hogshead barrels.
