This elegant wine has been produced from a blend of Chardonnay 90% grapes with an additional 10% of Pinot Noir. The grapes were picked in early February and co-fermented to dryness. The wine was cellared in bottle with yeast lees for over 2 years before final disgorging and concentrate addition.
These Bubbles have a delightful yeasty bread bouquet and summer fruit flavours on the palate which is clean and long. The small bead is indicative of a fine method traditionnelle wine.
